Peace of mind in 3 easy steps
01 Get in touch
Use our contact form to reach out to us at any time or feel free to call or email us.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to arranging a free, no obligation consultation, with your choice of in-person, video or telephone meetings available.
02 Arrange a Consultation
During our consultation, we will discuss your needs and obtain all the necessary information to determine the complexity of your estate. A full explanation of your options together with confirmation as to the cost of each, will be provided in writing. You can then choose the estate plan that makes the most sense for you, your family and your business. Rest assured, your agreement is necessary prior to the commencement of any work being carried out.
03 Leave the rest to us
We will prepare your documentation as efficiently as possible. Once you have approved a draft (there is no limit as to how many are required), your final Will will be printed on high quality paper, heat sealed, and delivered directly to you, ready for signing. Full instructions on how to legally attest (sign) your Will and ensure it is witnessed correctly, will be provided.
You can view instructions for signing your Will here.
Ready to get started?
If you feel ready to answer some basic questions relating to yourself, your family and your assets, you can find our Last Will & Testament Questionnaire here or scan the QR Code to open it on your mobile device.
You can save your progress at any time and submit your answers when you are finished. Simply scroll to the end of the form, click on "Signature" and then "Save". A draft will be emailed to you with a link so you can continue completing it later. When you have finished, click on "Submit" to send your responses to us. A copy will also be emailed to you.
Once we receive your completed Questionnaire, a Solicitor will be in contact with you to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to instruct us, we will prepare a draft Will for your review and email it to you for approval. When you are happy and wish to proceed, we'll send you a final Will to sign, together with full instructions to ensure it is legally valid.
Next-Level Protection with Encrypted Forms
We keep your sensitive data secure by using Encrypted Forms 2.0 from Jotform.
With end-to-end encryption, you can be confident that your submissions will always be secure.
